Aaron grew up in Antioch, IL, and attended Augustana College in Rock Island, majoring in business administration and English. A graduate of Yale Divinity School, he was ordained in the Connecticut Conference of the UCC and called by Plymouth to serve as an associate minister in the Transition into Ministry program funded by the Lilly Foundation. His ministry among the Plymouth community is a 27-month assignment, which began in June 2007.

 

Aaron and his wife, AnDréa, are enjoying the company of their son, Isaiah Devin Peter James, born in February 2007. AnDréa is an opera singer and director, and Isaiah has yet to determine a vocational path.
