If you or someone you know is hospitalized, homebound, needs supportive prayer, is going through a rough spot, or is moving to hospice care, your church wants to be there for you.

When calling, please give your name and your contact information, the full name of the person you are calling about if not yourself, the reason pastoral care is needed, and other relevant information such as admission date, place of admission, how to reach the other person, and any other helpful information.

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES
During emergencies, one of our Plymouth ministers is available weekdays after 5:00 p.m. and on weekends and holidays. Reach the minister on call at 515.249.6149.
