PLYMOUTH WOMEN ADVENTURE GROUPS (PWAG)
Adventure groups are for women of all ages, life stages and interests seeking safe, liberating adventures to enhance the mind, body or spirit. Participants will be placed into groups of 8 women according to their self-selected activity and monetary comfort levels. Each group commits to plan/attend 8 adventures over the next year (2/season: fall, winter, spring, summer). Enrollment occurs in September of each program year.

MOMS AND MOPPETS
Moms and Moppets provides an opportunity for mothers of young children to gather on a regular basis for fellowship, education and support, while at the same time offering a separate peer social group for their children.

Moms and Moppets offer you four ways to be involved:
· Thursday Morning Monthly Meetings: September through May, we meet the third Thursday of each month, 9:15 a.m. to11:30 a.m. in the Burling Room. On-site child care is offered with nursing or reticent children welcome to attend with their moms. Meetings consist of social time as well as periodic speakers on topics interesting to women and moms. Additional evening activities are sometimes planned.
· Moms' Nights Out: During the program year, September through May, we meet at various locations for fellowship activities. See schedule below for dates and times.
· Family Nights Out: An evening for parents and kids! Bring a dish to share, and join us in Waveland Hall for a Potluck Dinner followed by games for the whole family.
· Families of Faith: Connect with other parents as you learn fun ways to be intentional about growing faith in your home.

MOMS MONDAY EVENING BOOK CLUB
On the fourth Monday of each month throughout the year we gather at 7:30 p.m. either in the host’s home or at a local restaurant. Moms take turns selecting the month’s book, selecting the location, and leading the related discussion. FAITHFUL READERS - THURSDAY EVENING BOOK GROUP
Women of all ages gather every fourth Thursday of the month in the Inspiration Lounge in the Center for Spiritual Growth at 7 p.m. for a lively discussion of an interesting book. Books through January 2012 are:

January 26, 2012: Unbroken, a biography by Laura Hillenbrand

WOMEN'S LUNCHEON GROUP
Plymouth Women gather on the third Thursday of the month at 12:15 p.m. from September through June (no January meeting) for lunch, fellowship, and a program. The program is usually a speaker or music with a focus more towards women aged 55 and more. All are welcome. Reservations must be called in to the church office, 515.255.3149, by 10:00 a.m. the Tuesday before the luncheon. Payment is due at the luncheon; unfulfilled reservations must still be paid. To support, nurture and exercise Our Spirit through meditation, prayer, study, work and play…and by being together. The weekly bible study, which is open to all Plymouth members, is led by Matt Mardis-LeCroy, Minister of Spiritual Growth. It provides an opportunity to enrich the experience of Sunday worship by going deeper with the texts for the week. The group will continue to study Seasons of the Spirit, which follows the lectionary. Everyone is welcome and no preparation is required. The group meets in the Inspiration Lounge in the Center for Spiritual Growth, every Wednesday, 9:30 - 11 a.m.
