    Aging Well Class: Effective Communication

    Greenwood Room

As we age we can often find ourselves, and our loved ones, experiencing changes that can make communication a bit more challenging. Layers of stress, a change in medication, a progression in memory loss can all change the way we are used to communicating with one another. Guest speaker, Susan Callison, will lead this interactive workshop where we will learn to decode messages through attitude, tone of voice, facial expressions and body language, helping us all to connect with others in meaningful ways. Sponsored by the Stephen Ministry of Plymouth Church. All are welcome! Invite a friend to attend with you.
