Falls Colors Lead to Christmas Greenery

    Waveland Hall

Plymouth Boy Scout Troop 50 is kicking off its annual greenery sales of wreaths, sprays and center pieces. Scouts will be selling greenery in Waveland Hall after the 9 and 11 a.m. services on Oct. 22 and 29. Greenery purchased at Plymouth will be available for pickup at Plymouth on the Sunday before Thanksgiving (11/19) or will be delivered to Des Moines metro area addresses for no additional charge. Profits from the sale will go to supporting the Troop in many ways including gear, tents, trips, and awards. Troop 50 is a very active troop with close to 50 active scouts. The troop had 14 overnight excursions last year with several high adventures including canoeing in a very remote area in Canada and backpacking in South Dakota. Troop 50 has been a proud part of Plymouth for 96 years. Greenery sales is their main fundraiser; please support our troop. Thank you!
