October Lunch & Learn by Plymouth Women

    Waveland Hall

Please join us Thursday, October 19, at 12:15 p.m. in Waveland Hall for our monthly Lunch & Learn. Our speakers will be Tracy Duran, Studio Education Director, and Rachael Jackson, Outreach Manager for the Des Moines Art Center. Tracy and Rachael will discuss the Des Moines Art Center’s arts education outreach program and how this program uses art education to inspire students and at-risk youth to acknowledge their unique identities and use artistic expression to overcome adversity and establish a sense of worth. Come learn about the Art Center’s extensive partnership with 14 local agencies in the Des Moines area and be inspired about how the Des Moines Art Center is helping empower teens through creative expression.

You must register by Tuesday, October 17. You can register by calling the office at 255.3149, online by using the form below, or on Sunday, October 15 in Waveland Hall after services. As always, men are welcome and we hope to see you there.

We're sorry, registrations for lunch closed on Tuesday, Oct. 17 at noon. You are still welcome to attend the program only.
