Register for Children & Youth Programming

Do you have kids ranging from birth to 12th grade? You’ve come to the right place. This booklet is a one-stop shop that will make it a cinch to enroll your children and youth in Plymouth’s fall programs designed just for them.

First, download this PDF document: 2018-19 Plymouth Programming for Children & Youth. Then scroll to the tabbed section for Children (Birth – 6th), Middle School (7th-8th), or HS Youth (9-12th). Read the info about all programs available, then print a copy of the PDF enrollment form at the end of each section to enroll your child or youth. Have more than one child? Print more than one form. Then complete them, add a check if required, and mail it to:

Plymouth Church
ATTN: Education

If you prefer a hard copy, you may pick one up in one of the literature racks available throughout the church.

See you in the fall!
