Tai Chi Classes

Join us on Wednesdays in the Greenwood room to care for your body, mind, and spirit. Tai Chi is a physical movement art. (Doesn’t that sound better than, “exercise”?) It is easy to learn, but can take a lifetime to master. It is low impact, so easy on the joints. Tai Chi is a series of gentle, flowing movements designed to increase strength, flexibility and range of motion. It is good for improving and maintaining balance and so much more. We are blessed to have Ruth Kneile as our instructor. Ruth is a longtime Plymouth member who has been studying Tai Chi for over 30 years with teachers from China, San Francisco, Toronto, as well as Central Iowa. She has been teaching for over 20 years.
