Children’s Choirs

At Plymouth Church, we work to minister, educate, and seek spiritual experiences through music and arts. We are proud of our robust Children Choirs. We explore and nurture their creative and spiritual gifts by teaching how to sing and sight-read music while building skills in teamwork, cooperation and discipleship.

Music Makers Class | Pre-K

  • Music Makers Class is for child and caregiver together, and provides an enriching musical experience. 

  • Meets: Wednesdays, 5:15-6 p.m. in the Greenwood Room 

  • Class Schedule: September through Singing Church Sunday (mid-April) 

  • Instructor: Lydia Schettler 

Cherub Choir | Grades K-2

  • Rehearses: Wednesdays, 5:15-5:50 p.m. in Room 301 

  • Sunday Warm-up: 8:30-8:55 a.m. for the 9 a.m. service  

  • Sings: Sundays at 9 a.m. as scheduled

  • Active: September through Singing Church Sunday (mid-April)

  • Directors: Jade Fox, Michelle Breach & Linda McFarlane

Treble Choir | Grades 3-5

  • Rehearses: Wednesdays, 5:15-6 p.m. in the Room 303 

  • Sunday Warm-up: 8:30-8:55 a.m. for the 9 a.m. service  

  • Sings: Sundays at 9 a.m. as scheduled 

  • Active: September through Singing Church Sunday (mid-April)

HandChime Choir | Grades 3-5

  • Rehearses: Wednesdays, 6:10-6:50 p.m. in Rehearsal Hall 

  • Sunday Warm-up: 8:15-8:45 a.m. for the 9 a.m. service  

  • Rings: Sundays at 9 a.m. as scheduled 

  • Active: September through Singing Church Sunday (mid-April)
