Julian Davis Reid is a contemplative, emotionally dynamic pianist and composer from Chicago. Accompanied by his group Circle of Trust, he will perform a concert at Plymouth United Church of Christ of his new album, Vocation, on Jan 15, 2026 on his Midwest tour.
Released in October 2025, Vocation explores the relationships in Julian's life most precious to him and invites you to explore those most precious to you. A former pastor, Julian stirs souls with intentional storytelling that amplifies the group's musicianship.
You will leave this concert feeling rested, encouraged, and more imaginative about the possibilities before you. Joining him will be Tramaine Parker on vocals, Runner Brooks on bass, and James Russell Sims on drumkit.
