AMOS Collecting Signatures for Des Moines Public Schools Bond Referendum

AMOS Plymouth members will be in Waveland Hall following worship service the weekends of Aug. 30 and 31 and Sept. 6 and 7 to ask for signatures to get a Des Moines Public Schools Bond Referendum issue onto the November ballot.

This is just to get it on the ballot and is not a vote, but you must reside in the Des Moines Public School District which does include Windsor Heights and part of Pleasant Hill.

There is a short timeline to get the measure on the ballot - time is of the essence.

AMOS will follow up with Civic Academies about the measure if it does get onto the ballot.
