Dec. 7: Guest Speaker at Forum

Amy Luebbert from Common Love DSM will be speaking during Forum on Sunday, Dec. 7 at 10:10 in Greenwood.

She will be sharing about Common Love DSM's mission and goals, the work they do, and ways for people to get involved.

Congregation members are well and encouraged to bring sweaters, coats, sweatshirts and dresses (plus sizes are always needed and encouraged) to Common Grounds anytime from 9-11am.

Common Love DSM is a Trans Mutual Aid Fund organization that hosts monthly pop-ups for people of all ages, races, sizes, and abilities to explore and find clothing that is gender-affirming and brings joy. They work to fill the need in Des Moines and beyond for transgender, non-binary and queer people to access clothing in a judgement-free space that prioritizes accessibility.
