Plymouth Goes to the Movies: Summer Sermon Series!

Plymouth is “Going to the Movies” starting in August!

Each week, we’ll examine films through the lens of faith. Whether we’re driven to laugh or cry, each week will ultimately be a time for us to examine lived faith — popcorn in hand — in a world of imagination and story.

You’re invited to view each weekend’s film on Fridays at 6 PM and on Saturdays at 6:15 PM (after the Saturday service) in Waveland Hall.

We will provide popcorn and water! Bring a blanket and pillows for comfort.

Below is the lineup of films:

  • Aug. 7-9: “The NeverEnding Story” − 1984, rated PG

  • Aug. 14-16: “Angels in the Outfield” − 1994, rated PG

  • Aug. 21-23: “Up” − 2009, rated PG

  • Aug. 28-30: “Big Fish” − 2003, rated PG-13
